TERMS & CONDITIONS

(1) Terms and conditions:

 

(a) Lessons are either conducted as physical lessons at the institute or virtual lessons via Zoom, as offered. Any change to the mode of instruction will be at the sole discretion of the institute in line with the Singapore government directives.

 

(b) Registration will be confirmed upon the full payment of the fees at the counter or online.

 

(c) Only registered students are accepted in class. Registration is only complete when full fees are paid.

 

(d) Course fees are strictly non - transferable.

(e) Fees are payable in full on enrolment and before commencement of the course, no later than the specified payment deadline. 

 

(f) We accept payment via bank transfer and PayNow only

(g) Books must be purchased separately

​

 

(2) Refund Policies:

​

(a) If a course cannot be operated according to the arrangements specified in the fee receipts and students decline the revised arrangements offered by our school, our school will refund in full or on a pro-rata basis the course fee collected to students as soon as possible and in any event not later than one month after the students have requested for the refund.

 

(b) In case of cessation of a course caused by the school after its commencement, our school will refund to students the course fee collected on a pro-rata basis as soon as possible and in any event not later than one month after the cessation of the course.

 

(c) No refund will be granted once the course has started. 

 

(d) Students should please consider their personal commitments and circumstances before enrolment.

* Please be reminded that the group course has a fixed schedule and a fixed course fee. Students are expected to attend all the lessons. If you travel very frequently, we will suggest you take private lessons, which will give you more flexibility.

(3) Refund Procedures:

 

(a) Once accepted, our school will refund students in accordance with the above policies just by bank transfer within one month as soon as possible and in any event not later than one month after the students have requested for the refund.
