1. Terms and condition
​
(a) Lessons - run from Monday to Saturday - are either conducted as physical lessons at the institute or virtual lessons via Zoom, as offered. Any change to the mode of instruction will be at the sole discretion of the institute in line with the Singapore government directives
​
(b) Registration will be confirmed upon the full payment of the fees required
​
(c) Only registered students are accepted in class. Registration is only complete when full fees are paid
​
(d) Course fees are strictly non - transferable
(e) Fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment and no later than the specified payment deadline, which is before the course commencement
​
(f) We accept payments via bank transfer, Pay Now, and credit card through our website.
(g) Books must be purchased separately
​
(h) The student(s)is/are strictly not permitted to hire teachers who are assigned to them
​
2. Refund Policies:
(a) If a course cannot be operated according to the arrangements specified in the fee receipts and students decline the revised arrangements offered by APICS, we will refund in full or on a pro-rata basis the course fee collected to students as soon as possible and in any event not later than one month after the students have requested for the refund
​
(b) In case of cessation of a course caused by APICS after its commencement, our school will refund to students the course fee collected on a pro-rata basis as soon as possible and in any event not later than one month after the cessation of the course.
(c) Students should please consider their personal commitments and circumstances before enrolment

* Please note that group courses follow a fixed schedule and have a fixed course fee. Students are expected to attend all lessons. If you travel frequently, we recommend considering private lessons for more flexibility, as no prorated fees or attendance-based refunds will be provided
(3) Refund Procedures:
​
(a) Once accepted, APICS will refund students in accordance with the above policies just by bank transfer within one month as soon as possible and in any event not later than one month after the students have requested for the refund.
APICS Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, as it deems necessary, without advance notification.
