Approved claim will be pending for payout. Once the claim is ready for payout (approx. 20 working days after the course has started), a 'payout request' will be filed for SkillsFuture to disburse the equivalent value of your SkillsFuture credit to us. You will be contacted by our Accounting Team for bank details required. When this process is complete, APICS will proceed the reimbursement to you with a GIRO transfer of the corresponding amount.

IMPORTANT NOTICE 

Please ensure that you meet all requirements for SkillsFuture credit before booking a course with us. 
APICS as the training provider is not involved nor has visibility in the process to review the claims submitted. Applicant will need to liaise with SkillsFuture directly for checking the claim status and/or appeal for rejected claim. You must keep your invoice/receipt as a supporting document.
To ensure a smooth process, please make sure that your registered name and address with APICS are the same as your bank account information.
